Youth Division President

Shay has served in the General Youth Division since January of 2004 and is a fourteen year student ministry veteran. Ten of which were spent serving as Youth Pastor in Texas City, TX and Atlanta, GA. Prior to entering full-time ministry, he attended Jackson College of Ministries. His wife Bridgette is his perfect compliment and still makes his head turn after 12 years of marriage. The Mann’s are the parents of two future heartbreakers Breleigh and Blair.

 

Shay enjoys playing just about any kind of sport and counts snow skiing as his new favorite hobby. He absolutely loves music, but claims that he doesn’t have a musically talented bone in his body.
General Youth Secretary
Daryle Williams

From spring of 1995 through summer of 2002, Daryle served as the Youth Pastor at The Pentecostals of Apopka in Florida.  In 1996 he founded Florida’s Variety Youth Convention, now called Fusion.  He served from 1997-2001 as the Section Four Youth Director.  From 2001-2004, he served as the Florida District’s Youth Secretary.  In 2004, Daryle was elected Florida Youth President and at the 2007 General Conference elected to be  General Youth Secretary.
 
Prior to becoming an executive staff member of the Youth Division, Daryle served as the Florida District’s Administrator.  In addition to a wide variety of administrative responsibilities in the overall operation of the District’s departments, Daryle served as overseer for the recent $3,000,000 renovation of the District’s campground.
 
In his role as Youth President, in 2004, College Camp was initiated in Florida.  For the years of 2005, 2006, and 2007 he led the Florida District to three consecutive record offering years in Sheaves For Christ giving.   With a vision of world missions, Daryle and his wife Lynita have participated in five overseas missions trips with Florida’s youth traveling to China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Guatemala, Honduras, England and France. Daryle and Lynita have two children:  Reeve, age 6, and Haley, age 3.

Wayne has been involved in student ministry for over ten years serving as Assistant Youth Pastor, NY Metro District Youth President, and Dean of Students/Campus Pastor at Indiana Bible College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Indiana Bible College and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He and his gorgeous wife Claudene a.k.a. “Classy” and his two princesses Haleigh (4) and Ryleigh (2) live in St. Louis, MO.

 

Wayne loves hanging with his friends particularly when shopping, talking and texting on his cell phone, meeting new people and building new friendships, traveling and ad libbing to any music that he hears. His favorite drink is Strawberry Lemonade from Red Robin or the Cheesecake Factory. Though he’s been living in the Midwest for a while, he still keeps a New York state or mind.

Erica joined the Youth Division team in April 2008.  Her favorite interests include music, drama, and traveling.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Erica is currently working on the completion of her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences.  She is actively involved in the music department of her local church.  Her cat, Phoebe, is her best pal.

Tamra has been an Administrative Secretary for the General Youth Division since 2005. She is an assistant youth pastor for X7 Student Ministries in Bridgeton, Missouri. Tamra loves working with the young people of X7 and her 5th and 6th grade Sunday School class.

Cindy has worked for the GYD since January of 2005. She loves her family and lives for her nieces, Gracelyn and Macyn. She attended Bible College majoring in music, and is a licensed massage therapist. She loves and adores her youth group, the B.Y.G! She plays the organ, and dreams that in heaven she will sound like a combination of her fav's - Jonathan Urshan, and James Simms.
